Information you give us

When you send an inquiry or office application, AZOffices receives the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, business information, service interest, and message. We use it to respond to your request. Our website sends those submissions through Mailgun to our business inbox.

Optional ad measurement

If you choose “Allow measurement,” we load a Google Ads tag. It can use ad-click and page information to help us understand whether an ad led to an inquiry. After a form is successfully delivered, we send Google Ads a conversion event and a randomly generated inquiry ID to avoid counting the same inquiry twice. We do not put your name, email, phone number, business description, or message in that event. We do not use this tag to upload customer lists or enable personalized advertising.

If you decline before allowing measurement, the Google Ads tag does not load. If you change your choice to decline later, we stop sending new conversion events and update Google with your denied consent state. You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices” on this site. Your choice is stored in your browser. When you allow measurement, limited ad campaign information is also stored for this browser session and may be included in the inquiry email we receive. We do not rely on a page visit or a payment-page click as proof of a sale.

Other websites

Some links take you to other services, including PaySimple for virtual-office checkout and ZoomRoom for meeting-room booking. Those services handle the information you provide to them under their own privacy notices.
