Virtual Office Package At only $99 per month this is a perfect solution if you are a service professional that needs a business address and a place to meet vendors, clients and others during normal business hours.  The virtual office package does not include dedicated office space, but rather, shared conference room time.  It is an affordable alternative to full-time office space.

Tours are available Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.  Located in the heart of downtown Gilbert with lots of restaurants and retail shops within a short distance.  Benefits also include month-to-month agreements, no application or credit fee and credit card billing.

Professional Image
The most important aspect about having a virtual office is projecting a professional image to your clients and vendors.  You can now have a commercial address location for a low monthly fee.  Our friendly receptionists will meet and greet your clients, accept mail packages for your company and take messages.  We can also hang your business license or signage for an additional fee.

Conference Rooms
We have 3 conference rooms available to use during normal business hours.  You can reserve conference rooms for use anytime from Monday through Friday from 8am through 5pm. Conference rooms include wireless internet access, use of plasma tv, speakerphone and whiteboards for presentations.  Room A can accomodate 10 people, Room B can accomodate 4 people and Room C can accomodate 3 people.  Our online reservation platform allows you to quickly check and reserve rooms as necessary.

Mail Handling
No need to use a PMB with out service.  We offer you an actual commercial address that you can use.

We will sort your mail and provide you 24/7 access to pickup your mail at our mailbox room.  Fedex/UPS packages will be accepted and available for pickup during normal business hours.  We will also contact you when you receive any kind of packages.

Copy and Fax service
We offer a free virtual fax account with this service.  You can choose a local or toll-free fax number for no additional fee.  You will be able to receive faxes to your email and also send right from your computer as well.  All this via our fax portal software at http://fax.azoffices.com

We also offer free outbound faxing via our high speed copier/fax at Heritage Court. Copies are also available at 5 cents for black and white and 20 cents for color copies.
